There is no light sensitivity afterwards, but sun protection should be used and tanning should be avoided. If there is a history of cold sores (herpes simplex) in the treated area, antiviral medication should be taken.
What are the results?
Within 24-48 hours, there is reduced redness, decreased pore size, flattening of blemishes, decreased oil production and a decrease in severity of breakouts.
