Dr. Martie Gidon
Dr. Gidon trained in Dermatology at the University of Toronto and is a Board Certified Dermatologist in both Canada, as a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and the United States, as a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. She is a highly skilled and experienced Dermatologist and has acquired extensive experience in Cosmetic and Laser Dermatology. She has an active cosmetic dermatology office in Downtown Toronto.
Dr. Gidon is a lecturer at the University of Toronto and attends many professional conferences and meetings each year for ongoing medical education and to ensure she has current knowledge of all new techniques and technologies.
Dr. Gidon is a leader in non-surgical rejuvenation procedures. She was amongst the first dermatologists in Canada to use Photodynamic Therapy and to offer intense pulsed light treatments for photorejuvenation. She is also a leader in the radio frequency procedure for tightening collagen, fractional laser treatments for smoothing lines and scars, and fading pigmentation.
Dr. Gidon has been performing light chemical peels for over 20 years and also performs Radiance peels, and microdermabrasion. She has been acknowledged as an expert neuromodulator injector and was invited to participate in top injector programs. She is an experienced injector of filler substances.
Dr. Gidon also offers laser treatments for spider veins and age spots, and laser hair removal.

She has also participated in skin cancer screening programs in Toronto, including the one for the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Organization.
